Dr. Stachniw has practiced orthopedics in Galesburg since 1978 and over the last decade has developed a special interest in primary joint replacement. After building a multi-physician practice with Galesburg Orthopedic Services, he is changing to a private practice. His office will be located on the 4th floor of the Cottage Professional Building with the new office scheduled to open December 4th. Dr. Stachniw has enjoyed the practice of general orthopedics in this region and the satisfaction of helping patients throughout the midwest. He will continue to care for all orthopedic conditions including those of the shoulders, knees, carpal tunnel, and hips.
